It is like a Kafkaesque situation dealing with many Canadian business. It seems like they forgot what it is like to be a customer. They spend so much staff time wasted on trying to fix silly problems. How much return on investment does that return to the bottom?

In the end the conclusion is whenever there is alternative to the incumbents there will be an exit to the competitors.

The good news is there are competitors on the horizon.

One thing I noticed is some Canadians are harping the regulated dairy supply. They conveniently omitted the fact that most countries subsidize their market and protect their markets. The US dairy is subsidized by the government payments to farmers and buying excess production.
