The United States isn’t going to pay Alberta a penny they are lying to the people of Alberta. The National Parks in the United States are being ruined by the current regime. They are such greedy clowns that they want to develop the land. Please don’t let them destroy Canada.
We in the US appreciate the Canadian perspective. It helps us realize that we have support and sympathy from others. We know you have a lot at stake as well since you currently live next to a country run by an unstable lunatic and his minions.

I've listened to enough MAGA to know that a lot of them are drunk on the hidden US empire fantasy of the 19th and early 20th C when the US bought or stole by murder and invasion, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (sick how many US don't know that PR is a US territory), Guam, American Samoa, Philippines, etc. Gives them delusions of adequacy. Meanwhile our largely unrestricted oligarchs are drooling for resources like minerals. They can't be extraction robber barons without something to extract, preferably remote enough for the punters to not care. Just saying, every time you folks north of the border kick our pillager class back, I cheer.
The American people sympathize with the citizens of Alberta and Canada. Beyond economics, tarrifs we feel powerless with Trumps inconsistent tarrifs which make no sense Teh Derroit-Windsor axis provides a synergy for automobile manurcature=ing
He shows no facts when he states Alberta consumes a large amount of US media — show me how they consume more than any other province (except Quebec)
He doesn’t realize that Alberta is under-represented in parliament and Quebec and Ontario over-represented and that Quebec and the grandfather clause ensure Quebec will always be over-represented. All of the Maritimes have fewer people/MP than any western province.
He seems ignorant of the fact that Alberta does contribute more to the Federal Treasury than it receives back and Quebec contributes less and gets back more. Also Quebec’s huge hydro energy is treated much more favourably for Quebec than oil and gas energy is treated in western Canada.
Lets face it, nobody gets fed more disinformation than Ontario where the world revolves around Toronto and they believe the hinterland is populated by racists idiots.
He castigate Danielle Smith for going to Mar-a-Lago to do her elected duty yet does see Doug Ford meeting with US governors as the same thing. Maritime and Ontario premiers have lobbied hard to get their US counterparts to talk to the White House to remove tariffs on their constituents.
And, while I admit that there are boobs in the Alberta sovereignty movement, look at the boobs we have in government like Guilbeault, Joly, Fraser, Anandasangaree etc.

He seems upset that its a US monopoly in the parks and not that any monopoly is the problem.
He seems to think Carney isn’t and politician and that he tells the truth.

I felt for you when Blundell was doing his ignorant easterner bluster and you have to do the your not wrong but your wrong routine.
I was doing my best to be a good Canadian by politely disagreeing. ; )
