2. To search, I've switched to Kagi (https://kagi.com/), happily paying C$7.92/month. It allows me 300 searches a month, which should be plenty. (Other options are available.) Kagi search results are clean — no ads, no tracking, no noise — and with AI results totally optional. It is fully funded by its users.

Kagi is great, though I find it a bit too expensive. But the way things are going, it might become a necessity.
