i thoroughly enjoyed this episode. for me going to this theatre and others like it has been very pointive thing. I saw the original Christmas carol there last couple Christmas's with my daughter who absolutely lights up when we plan a trip to go there.

Solid piece on the Revue's comeback. It's a smart model for independents. Statistics Canada reports operating revenue for motion picture theatres hit $1.6 billion in 2024, up 12 percent from 2022. That sector growth gives community-run spots like the Revue more room to experiment and draw crowds, even with Cineplex looming large.
